Responsibility

The final letter in the spelling of Character is “R” which stands for “Responsibility.” Being responsible means taking your work seriously, whether it be home or in school. If you take care of a pet, you are responsible for feeding and providing exercise so it can stay healthy. When you are a responsible student, you are organized with your time and complete homework assignments when they are due. You also do your work to the best of your ability. Responsible students make sure important notices are read by their parents, study for quizzes and tests, and pay their lunch charges off before the end of the school year in June.
